Wonderful location for group stay and happy family fun times. Boating was a good experience. Excellent food (Jain as well) and service! The mini hall is a good facility for intimate family gatherings. Ambience is superb. The resort is well maintained. Thank you!

There are several fabulous things about this resort/ hotel. The location and grounds - situated right on the shores of the Lake, there are paths and wonderful gardens to enjoy. The rooms are well appointed, all with a beautiful view. A sunset cruise is available and there are small canoes, bicycles and a gym. The Ayurveda Spa has a range of services available with good opening hours, best of all for me was the customer service - both the reception and the restaurant staff were outstanding. They were open to my requests, professional, responsive, friendly and just fabulous. I wouldn’t hesitate to return here. Thank you.

Definitely not a 4 star experience and it was very below average experience. I found the lobby and corridor areas not clean at all and there was some kind of stink all over. Their services such as room service take hours to get completed. Laundry service is also very slow. The pool was not clean and they beedtk work on that as well. The only good thing was the garden area withba good view and the garden area was also not maintained properly. I don't recommend this place.

We had a brief but unforgettable stay at the resort, thanks to the exceptional service staff! Despite our short visit, they made a lasting impression with their warm hospitality, attentive nature, and efficient service. One day was not enough – we wanted to stay longer and soak up more of their excellent service! The top-notch service was impressive, even for a brief stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make our day truly special. Overall, the staff were outstanding, and we had a perfect day thanks to their efforts. If you're looking for a resort with exceptional service, look no further.

It was an amazing experience stay with lake song… from the entrance we get an amazing hospitality from reception staff ., I would like to mention some of the names Mr. Libin, Ms.Sneha, Mr.Rashid, Mr.Steffin, Ms.Amirtha they are very helpful and explaining each and everything about all about packages and activities also they escorted as to the room. Very good bell desk as well they were helpful for assisting and explaining about room facilities. The evening was unforgettable for as from food and beverage friends., they were make reserved tables with candles light dinner setup from Mr.Tilso for as was really surprising and well created, special thanks to all F&b team Mr.Shine, Mr.Robin,Mr. Arun, Mr. Renjith to make our dinner memorable.About the breakfast also there is no word to say about the variety. There is Indian (south and north) more than 4combos and live different kind of dosa like masala dosa, plain dosa, gee roast etc.. different kind of omelette also in live section. The breakfast buffet is international and well standard. All the activities of resorts are well useful, we should try all we miss fishing and self boating because of time. Recommended for staying more than at least minimum 2nights. Our boating trips was awesome also pool facilities. Really recommend the place to stay home away from home with lots of family friends and family members 🥰😊🤗

I recently booked a 1-day stay with my family at Lakesong, Kumarakom. The booking was done through ClubW access membership by Widu Holidays. Though it was just a 1-day stay, we enjoyed it a lot. As it was raining, we had a monsoon tourism effect. The room was spacious and comfortable. The facilities include canoeing, cycling, indoor games, a gym, a swimming pool (4ft - 6ft deep) with a kids pool, a restaurant, boating, fishing, etc. Overall, the stay was a memorable one.
